Pork Tortas

  • 4 pound pork roast (tri-tip or cushion work best)
  • 2-12 oz jars Amalia's Cocina Chili Colorado Sauce
  • 6 Torta rolls (toasted)
  • 1 cup queso fresca, crumbled
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 large tomatoe, sliced
  • 1 small red onion, sliced

In slow cooker add meat and sauce. Let cook for 6-8 hours, until meat can be shredded with a fork.

Toast rolls, top with meat and cheese and your favorite Mexican condiments. Serve with Amalia's Cocina Saucey Spanish Rice!
