Tamale Sauce

Thick and piquant, the Tamale Sauce combines four different chilies with a traditional blend of Mexican spices.

No need to be intimidated by our Tamale Sauce. There are hundreds of other uses for it! Our Spicy Chicken and Black Bean soup can be made in ten minutes on your stove top. Add some spice to your favorite chili or lentil recipe or try Amalia's recipe for Beef Chili.

It makes a great base for menudo, posole or any other soup!

All of Amalia's Cocina sauces can be mixed and matched with any of our recipes. If you like your enchiladas a little more spicy, use our Chili Colorado sauce. If you have a family member that wants there meat mild, use our Enchilada sauce in the slower cooker. Be creative, food is FUN!
