Spicy Mexican Sloppy Joes
Ingredients
In large skillet set on medium add oil and meat. Cook until meat is almost done, about 7 minutes and then add onion. Continue cooking until meat is cooked through and no longer pink and onions have softened. Add Chili Colorado sauce and cook an additional 1 minute, set meat mixture aside.
Toast four Torta rolls, split open and top with meat. The messier, the better!
- 2 Tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 pound hamburger meat
- 1 small yellow onion
- 1-1/2 cups Amalia's Cocina Chili Colorado Sauce
- 4 Torta Rolls
